So I have been really really bad about keeping up with my 365 day challenge. So I am going to start from scratch and do a 52 week challenge. I think that will be easier for me to keep up with, especially with classes starting up again next week.
News in our household:
Isaac is now sleeping in a big boy bed and the crib has been moved to the basement! We bought him Tractor bedding and he loves it! I also took him yesterday to get a hair cut. Boy, did he need it!
Eric is back in preschool and doing ok. We have had some issues with his behavior but are working on that, and last week he did great! He is going to be 5 soon, and I just can't believe it!
I'm still kicking it at IBM, waiting for my current desk to close. Looks like it will happen the end of October. At least that is the latest. The date keeps changing. I have been putting my app out alot for different hospital jobs. I was offered a position with Pridemark Ambulances, but had to turn it down due to the location I was assigned. Hopefully something else will come to surface as I am starting to think I have wasted some money and time with my education :-(.
Thats a wrap!

We're back!
Finally I am getting on to post. We had a pretty nice vacation. The weather was decent put pretty hot and humid. It didn't rain one bit while we were out there.
Eric loves to swim and really liked going into the ocean. Of course he didn't go in farther than his knee level, but either way it was progress! For months before we left he kept telling us he wouldn't go in the water and the first beach trip we took the first thing out of his mouth was that he wanted to put his feet in the water! He also loved Nonnie's pool and got to the point were he was comfortable enough to go in without an adult to hold on to, wearing floaties of course. He was even jumping in from the ladder.
Isaac did really well out there. He was great on the flights in and still maintained his nap schedule for pretty much the whole trip. I was pleasantly surprised! He loved the sand at the beach and once he got digging, he didn't normally move for a long time. He wasn't scared of the water either and asked to go back quite frequently.
Aunt Mary was awesome to take us to the private beach in Watch Hill a few times and it was beautiful! We also go to enjoy at Buzzard Bay near Cape Cod.
All in all it was a pretty good vacation. There were some stress factors, but aren't there always? The long flight back with Isaac was horrible, but we won't even go into details.

Slacking
So I have been in a slump and I haven't really taken any new pictures lately. I am really just waiting for my chance to get some good sand and beach pictures. We leave in 5 days!
Here is a link to my flickr page, where I put a lot of my "good" pictures. I don't want to say professional, as I don't think I am on that level yet. I really strive to be eventually though.

2 weeks and counting!
We leave for our vacation 2 weeks from today and I can hardly contain myself, I am so excited!! Here is a picture of Eric the last time we went to the East Coast, he was 19 months old:
I need to vent about my job. It seems like they will hire anyone that can talk. It is so frustrating, not only do these people ask 50 million questions, but they don't use the tools to help them out. I'm tired of cleaning up their messes and answering their questions. It's not rocket science! We have a database that stores all of our procedures so that anyone off the street can come in and do our job. I guess that isn't true, but wait, it would be if these "agents" actually USED IT! UGH!

Last week of class!
Tonight is my last night of class, WOO HOO! I'm pretty sure I am taking some time off of school, at least until the beginning of next year. I wanted to take the EKG course, but I don't see it necessary as of right now. There aren't a lot of jobs out there for my newly acquired EMT-B license. However, I do have an interview in October, yes I said October, for a local ambulance company. If I do get hired on, it will only be part time and just to get some experience. I have no interest in working in the field. It's not enough pay for the danger that is out there.
The boys are good. Eric starts his summer day camp with preschool tomorrow and we are about a month out from vacation. It seems like such a teaser to book a vacation so far in advance, but it is coming down to the wire now :-). Check back soon for new pictures of my little men!

Big Goof
Ok, so I'm a big goof. I had originally used url http://jmphotograpy.blogspot.com. Notice the mis-spelling? DUH! So I had to start from scratch because if I had kept that URL, it would have driven me crazy!
So here we go again. Pictures of the boys:
